Ritual builder

Product set shows up to four products as numbered steps, with a total price and one button that adds them all to the cart at once. Each Product block has a step label, such as "Step" or "Cleanse", and a product.

The button adds one of each product, using the product's default variant: the first variant that is in stock. If any product in the set is sold out, the button is turned off and says so.

Best practices#

• Use single-variant products. Because the button adds each product's default variant, sets work best with products that have no options, or where the default variant is the one most people want.
• Discounts are not automatic. The total shows the current prices added up. To give a set discount, create a discount in Shopify admin that applies when all the products are in the cart, and say so in Note.
• Tell a sequence. Order the steps the way the products are used, and use the step labels to say what each one does.
• Two to four products. Short sets are easier to understand and to buy.

Preset tips#

• Sorrel uses it on the home page for a three-step skincare ritual, in its dark clay scheme.
• On Vellmar, it works for a table set or a bedroom set. On Graphite, for a full outfit.
